Charles D. Wilson is Propper Daley’s Associate Director of Entertainment & Talent Partnerships. A Detroit native, he has spent the last decade in Los Angeles collaborating with artists, digital influencers, and media makers on music, entertainment, and socio-political campaigns. Prior to joining Propper Daley, Charles oversaw all music submissions for the annual NAACP Image Awards by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and worked in artists and repertoire (A&R) at Warner Music Group to discover and develop emerging talent. He has also worked with lifestyle brands, such as Beats by Dre and Amazon, to source and build partnerships with brand ambassadors. His passion for entertainment transcends his professional work. He is a musician with multiple songwriting credits, and a voting member of the Recording Academy where he advocates for music and its creators. He also recently published “On My Last Nerve,” a book that helps readers gain awareness around mental health and overcome anxiety. Charles earned his B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and Supply Chain Management from Clark Atlanta University. He is also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha.
