Christian Quijano

Associate, Client Services

Christian Quijano is a Client Services Associate working with Propper Daley’s high-profile Individual Clients. Christian actualizes his purpose by leveraging his social science background, human services experience, and entrepreneurial mindset to improve the quality of life for people existing at the intersections of multiple forms of oppression. Christian joined the Propper Daley team from the Los Angeles LGBT Center, where he helped lead training and capacity building efforts related to equitably serving LGBTQ+ people of color across multiple counties in the state of California. He’s also worked in community mental health and disability rights organizations to help low-income communities gain access to mental health services and employment opportunities that improved overall health and well-being outcomes. He has a background in business consulting, community-based research, and documentary filmmaking with his mini-doc featured on To Foster Change: A Social Impact Initiative from PBS SoCal. He holds an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School and a B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
