Kathy Taing
Strategic Marketing Manager
Kathy Taing is a Strategic Marketing Manager at Propper Daley, where she develops innovative and actionable marketing strategies to achieve clients’ social impact goals, advises clients on marketing needs, and identifies and manages best-in-class vendors to execute the work.
She joined the PD team in 2018 and brings 14+ years of marketing and communications experience, having launched multi-channel marketing campaigns in the aerospace, event, and hospitality industries prior to joining Propper Daley.
A descendent of genocide survivors, Kathy has always been curious and passionate about how to break the cycle of intergenerational trauma – dedicating a portion of her life to research this extensively in both undergraduate and graduate school. She has had the privilege of applying her expertise internationally in Cambodia, China, South Korea, Japan, and Mexico, as well as applying her learnings and experience within the emerging field of PTSD amongst genocide survivors to formerly and currently incarcerated individuals, veterans, and refugees. With half a decade of experience bringing social impact campaigns, programs, and video productions to life at Propper Daley, Kathy finds joy in helping clients discover their unique opportunity to create change at the intersection of storytelling and strategic impact.
A southern California native, Kathy holds a B.A. in Psychology and M.B.A. (with a focus in marketing in social entrepreneurship), both from Azusa Pacific University.
