Kosha’s significant roles include Managing Director and Deputy COO at Pendulum, and Chief Business Development Officer at NOWwith, where she connected brands with influencers. Her career also spans strategic positions at United Talent Agency and contributions to the launch of notable companies like Houseplant, TPH by Taraji, and Chamberlain Coffee.
