Kosha Shah Eisenberg is co-founder and managing partner of The Moonshot Company, an independent consulting firm that accelerates cultural and commercial success for investors, brands and multi-hyphenated talent. In her capacity as a Senior Advisor, she is working with Propper Daley as Director of Entertainment and Creative Community Engagement for Biden for President.

She has over two decades of experience driving sustainable and profitable growth for entertainment and consumer brands and intellectual properties. Kosha’s prior roles include Managing Director and Deputy COO at the investment platform Pendulum and senior executive at United Talent Agency, where she worked closely with talent to launch and accelerate notable companies including Houseplant, TPH by Taraji,Chamberlain Coffee, and Magnolia.

A Stanford alum, Kosha resides in Sherman Oaks with her family, actively contributing to various social initiatives. She also holds Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
