Advisor, A Day of Unreasonable Conversation

Locher is an advisor for A Day of Unreasonable Conversation at Propper Daley, where he provides support to drive organizational execution and growth. Locher most recently worked in Washington D.C. for the federal government, specializing in business process and financial strategy. Previously, he was part of the XPRIZE Foundation team dedicated to reimagining the next generation of affordable housing. He has also represented the Frank Batten School of Public Policy to advance Department of Defense innovation initiatives; developed a policy strategy for Acadia National Park to decrease light pollution; and created a local music festival in his hometown as a Bezos Scholar. A “Double Hoo” and proud Virginian, Locher is a B.A. and M.P.A. graduate of the University of Virginia.
