Maryam Ajayi is an Associate Director of Client Services at Propper Daley. She has 15 years of experience working across multiple sectors from politics to tech, and has gained expertise in growing businesses — from Fortune 500 companies, to trade associations, to startups through a dynamic blend of business development, growth strategy, innovation, storytelling, and building relationships. Prior to Propper Daley, she served as Founder and CEO of Dive in Well, a lifestyle and wellness platform that catalyzes social and cultural transformation by centering the well-being of marginalized people. As leading force of inclusion and equity in the wellness industry and advocate for well-being, Maryam has worked with brands such as Instagram, Facebook, COS, Victoria’s Secret, Nike, and MatchesFashion. She has been featured in The New York Times, The Sunday Times, Vogue, Goop, and The Cut. She holds a B.S. of Psychology from Virginia Tech.
