Szena Dayo

Director, Client Services

Szena Dayo is a Client Services Director at Propper Daley, bringing a depth of experience in strategic partnerships, international development and non-profits. Szena joined the Propper Daley team from Global Philanthropy Group, where she specialized in advancing clients’ philanthropic agendas across diverse issue areas, including LGBTQ+ equity, gender and racial equality, global health, and girls’ education. In delivering high-touch and tailored strategies to various clients, she cultivated an expertise in designing innovative strategies, piloting and scaling programs, and implementing communications campaigns. Prior to Global Philanthropy Group, she was a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) where she assisted hospital systems in developing strategic plans for improved provision of services and conducted performance assessments of global health programs and policy as a research fellow for Ghana Health Service, analyzing health system barriers to contraceptive use among adolescents. She holds a B.S. in International Health from Georgetown University and is a native French speaker.
